Hola familia !
Im better now! The doctor said i can work now so thats all i really care about. Wow
all you guys do is travel...Id love some photos of trips weve taken before. I cant
remember but i always think about pictures and places ive been to show people
here. Dang, that stinks about UofA but im still repping them here where nobody
knows who they are!!
This week was still a little..dumb because i had to do my visa stuff and my
companion did too and i went to the doctor so we lost time..But we have one more
week of this transfer! Who knows what will happen. This week we are really trying
hard to have a baptism of a family. They are parents of 2 little kids! They are sooo
nice and are basically ready but just need a little push. Normally this push is friends
in the church. Please reach a hand out to investigators and help them come unto
Christ. Us as members are the most important part. Missionaries are going to leave
and go home but the members will stay. The deal here isnt having lessons, but
having people progress. It is difficult to get people to fulfill with the commitments
and go to the church. But this week we met the goal for church attendance finally!!
It was awesome with less actives and investigators and so many people. It was a
strong testimony meeting to finish the year.
Ive been studying Christ like attributes. This week i was learning about charity.
Charity is said to be the most important attribute, even more than faith. Many
scriptures say that we are nothing without charity. And it isnt just service. Serve
with the right intentions. Feel a true love for others and their wellbeing. Pray with
all your energy to be filled with more charity for others. I love you guys, i hope the
work is progressing there too.
Love Elder Farnsworth
